- All products sold by Productiz are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized manufacturers/distributors

Stock availability shown on our website is updated regularly but may not be real-time. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you've placed an order â we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative.

Orders at Productiz are placed primarily through WhatsApp. Here's how it works:
- Message us on WhatsApp with the product name(s) and your delivery address
- We confirm the price, availability, and delivery timeline
- Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation message
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp â we'll cancel promptly
- Once dispatched, orders follow our Returns & Refunds policy
đ° Payment & Cash on Delivery
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders â you pay when the package arrives
- Bank transfers may be accepted for pre-arranged or wholesale orders
- Please ensure you have the exact or approximate amount ready at delivery
- Refusing delivery without valid reason after confirmation may affect future order eligibility
- We do not store any payment or banking information

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather conditions
- Productiz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services beyond our control
