By browsing the Productiz website or placing an order with us (through our website or WhatsApp), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Productiz.

🛍️ Products & Pricing

• All products listed on our website and WhatsApp are subject to availability
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice — the price at the time of your confirmed order is the price you pay
• Product images are representative — minor color variations may occur due to screen differences
• All products sold by Productiz are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized manufacturers/distributors

💬 Placing Orders

Orders at Productiz are placed primarily through WhatsApp. Here's how it works:

• Message us on WhatsApp with the product name(s) and your delivery address
• We confirm the price, availability, and delivery timeline
• Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation message
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp — we'll cancel promptly
• Once dispatched, orders follow our Returns & Refunds policy

💰 Payment & Cash on Delivery

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders — you pay when the package arrives
• Bank transfers may be accepted for pre-arranged or wholesale orders
• Please ensure you have the exact or approximate amount ready at delivery
• Refusing delivery without valid reason after confirmation may affect future order eligibility
• We do not store any payment or banking information

🚚 Delivery Terms

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather conditions
• Productiz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services beyond our control
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and be reachable by phone during delivery
• If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply
• Risk of damage/loss transfers to the courier upon dispatch — we will assist in claims

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Our full Returns & Refunds policy is detailed on the Returns page. Key terms:

• 30-day return window from date of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible
• Defective or incorrectly sent items are eligible for full return/exchange/refund
• Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item
• Return shipping costs are covered by Productiz for defective items; customer bears cost for change-of-mind returns

🛡️ Warranty

• Warranty duration varies by product and is specified on each product page
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage from misuse
• To claim warranty, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and description of the issue
• We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion depending on the nature of the claim

🤝 User Conduct

When interacting with Productiz, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders
• Not engage in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or false claims
• Not attempt to resell Productiz products under false pretenses
• Communicate respectfully with our team
• Not misuse our WhatsApp contact for spam or unsolicited content

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conduct standards.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Productiz's liability to any customer is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of income or data resulting from product use
• Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
• Inaccuracies in third-party product information

Productiz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
